How do I apply for a position at MedContact?

Are there minimum qualifications to work at MedContact?

All candidates should possess a fluent level of English, both orally and verbally. The minimum required education level is a grade 12 diploma or GED for entry level positions at MedContact. All candidates must also possess an intermediate level in basic computer skills (i.e. Internet navigation, Microsoft Office).

Please also note that senior positions may require specific number of years experience, post-secondary education and/or further qualifications. Please review the the description on the job posting for further details on which qualifications are required for any specific open job position.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST.

Once a resume has been submitted, we will review to ensure it meets job-posting qualifications, and get back to you as soon as possible. MedContact thanks all applicants who apply but only applicants who meet our posted qualifications will be contacted. Please note that we keep all applications and resumes on file for 6 months.

I was called to come in for an interview. What happens next and what should I expect?

Depending on the position you applied for, interviews at MedContact usually consist of 1-2 people. Generally, most interviews will consist of a HR Representative, Manager or Director. As well, depending on the position, there may be computer, knowledge and/or skill testing before the formal interview starts. The process will be explained to the candidate during the initial phone interview. Please do not hesitate to ask us any questions about the interview process during the initial phone interview.

Yes! Our offices are located near Azrieli Mall and Tel-Aviv Hashalom Rail Station.
